I faced significant issues due to access restrictions on match day, as the hotel staff failed to inform us about the roadblocks set up by the police. This resulted in immense frustration as we were unable to reach the hotel, forcing us to spend additional time and resources just to get assistance. Upon finally getting to the hotel, I found the cleanliness lacking, with visible dust and unkempt areas, raising concerns about overall maintenance.

Beautifully designed and incredibly beautiful accommodation with stunning setting so close to the nicer neighborhoods of Skopje, the city park and the river and the center. Friendly hotel employees all round. Fabulous meals...

thank you, we would return anytime, liked this hotel. overall, its easy base for exploring skopje attractions. the rooms here are modern and elegant with balcony.

The service was nice, that made the hotel beautifully decorated place. I had an a double room included with attention-curtain as well as balcony. Location: the venue was so close to the central park of Skopje and city center and the river and the national stadium...

Facilities were great, yet Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location was perfect, offering lovely views of the Vardar River. The staff were kind and accommodating. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh options each morning.

Just a balanced option for a brief pit stop in Skopje with very good value for money. The location near the river was nice. Finding nearby street parking can be a challenge, so plan accordingly.

Good staff, good breakfast, with a fantastic variety of options to fuel your day of exploring the vibrant surroundings, and the location is convenient, just a short stroll to local attractions and sights.

the hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll from Macedonia Square and the tranquil Skopje Zoo, making it perfect for leisurely walks to soak in the city's culture and greenery.

The room was super spacious, and i loved the delicious breakfast options. It's a fantastic spot for anyone visiting skopje.

The balcony offered a amazing view of the river, especially with two teenagers needing some downtime. We enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere created by the weekend parties that really put us in a festive mood.

In my wife's opinion, the room could have used extra pillows for the kids.

The room was spacious, and i loved the gym and spa facilities, even though they had an extra charge. The location is excellent, right next to a park where i could run along the river. The reception staff was super helpful.

The Executive Suite with Arena View provided a comfortable and spacious environment, complemented by a clean atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast included delicious hot waffles, a highlight. The express check-out process could be improved, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, leading to some frustration. The location is decent, but noise from nearby events may disrupt a peaceful stay.

The spa was a dream with a lovely pool, and breakfast had so many fresh options! The bathroom could use a touch-up as it's showing some wear and tear. I'd stay again for sure!
